Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just hire you for the Day Of?
Absolutely! If you have all your planning done and you want to just make sure that all your hard work pays off, I’m your girl. As your Day Of Coordinator, you can be sure that you fully enjoy your wedding day!
Do you have specific vendors that you work with?
I do have vendors that I have worked with in the past that I would recommend over anyone else! Before suggesting any vendor, you can rest assure that I have worked with them and have my brides’ needs and wants in mind. This list of preferred vendors is included in all my Services.
Will a Wedding Planner try to take over my wedding?
A Wedding Planner’s objective is to create a wedding that you have envisioned. While they might offer advice, the final decisions are ultimately yours. If a Wedding Planner trying to make too many changes is something that concerns you, you can let your Planner know that you wish for them to keep the advice to a minimum and, because this is YOUR big day, they will respect your request.
Can you help set up and break down?
The set-up is included in the 8 hours of my Day Of Coordination. However, additional hours would most likely be needed if you are wanting both set-up and break-down assistance. This arrangement would be discussed during our consultations and planning and would be included, in detail, in your contract.
How soon should I hire a wedding planner?
It would be best for you to hire a wedding planner after you have selected a wedding date and settled on a budget. This way you can make sure the planner is available for your date as well as being able to provide your planner a budget for them to help you with allocation. Until you know, realistically, how much you can spend on a specific vendor it’s difficult to confidently begin your planning.
